NDK-DNNT contains digitized books (until 2003) and periodicals (until 2013) from Czech publishing production. These documents are still under copyright law protection (i.e., 70 years have not passed since their authors' death). Disclosure applies only to works not available on the regular book market. After clicking on the Browse library button, it is necessary to click Out of Commerce Works in the Accessibility side menu.
The NDK-DNNT application also contains full texts of documents (books, magazines, newspapers, etc.) free from copyright (no longer protected by copyright). In NDK-DNNT, these works are designed as public. If you're interested in viewing non-copyrighted works, click Public Only in the Accessibility side menu.

Terms and Conditions of the National Digital Library Service – Works Not Available on the Market (NDK-DNNT)
- The Library will allow the registered user* to use the service "National Digital Library – Works Unavailable on the Market (hereinafter referred to as "NDK-DNNT") provided on the basis of the license agreement between the National Library of the Czech Republic and the collective administrators DILIA and OOA-S.
- The user is entitled to read the displayed documents only, to use their content for his/her own personal use, for study, teaching and research purposes (including for citation).
- Reproduction of the displayed documents, i.e. printing them, storing them on USB or other storage media or reproducing them in any other way (e.g. via mobile phone, camera) is not allowed.
- When working with the NDK-DNNT, the use of various forms of robots or other tools for automatic downloading of content is not permitted. Registered users who use non-standard tools to search, view or save data from licensed sources may have their access suspended or denied.
- Access to the NDK-DNNT service is subject to the registered user logging in with their login details.
- If a registered user violates the terms and conditions of the NDK_DNNT service, the library is obliged, upon a reasoned written request from the National Library, to provide the collective administrator and the National Library with assistance in establishing the identity of the registered reader who caused the violation.
- The Library shall keep the identification data of the registered user for 1 calendar year following the termination of the registration.
- The National Library of the Czech Republic processes and stores the personal data of the registered user in connection with the use of the NDK-DNNT service for 1 calendar year following the use of the service. This includes identification data, connection sessions, login history and logs.
* registered user = current member of the MU academic community or other MU employee, regardless of whether or not they have a valid registration in one of the MU libraries
