Digital Images of Rare Books digital library consists of two parts:

1. The National Central Library (NCL) and its collection of rare Chinese books. This digital library contains more than 12 000 titles published before 1795 and is available under the name of Digital Image Database NCL.
2. Library collections of the libraries participating in the project of digitization of rare Chinese books (e.g. collections of the Library of Congress, the National Library of France, the National Library of Korea, the Kyushu University Library, etc.). This digital library contains more than 3 million images of rare books from participating libraries.
