C.E.E.O.L. (Central and Eastern European Online Library) online archive provides access to more than 1 400 scientific journals and other digital documents in the fields of Middle, East, and Southeast Europe aiming at humanities and social sciences.

The database utilizes titles published in Poland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Russia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in other countries of Europe. Some excerpted journals from Germany, France, Great Britain, and Japan have the same topical scope.

MU has access to all available journals with a complete retrospective that varies with each journal (see "CEEOL list of titles").

MU has also got access to e-books in Open Access thanks to the C.E.E.O.L. platform.
