The prestigious linguistic series Handbücher zur Sprach- und Kommunikationswissenschaft / Handbooks of Linguistics and Communication Science (HSK) from de Gruyter focuses on knowledge from general linguistics to individual philologically oriented linguistic disciplines of specific languages. The extensive collection of publications also brings new insights from a number of other scientific disciplines that have been involved in researching language communication processes in recent decades.
The HSK collection contains 92 manuals published from 1982 to 2015.
