Corpus of French texts from the 16th to 20th centure. The database contains the full texts of almost 3000 works, of witch about 80 % are literary texts, and the remainder are cientific and technical papers. More than half of the texts (covering time period 1830-1997) is morphologicly marked so that it is possible to choose between version non catégorisée (the whole corpus) and version catégorisée (57 % of Frantext texts).

FranText is available only from the Central Library of the Faculty of Arts, the D20 computer on the 4th floor of the library.
